[Optimum] When Append Database system show "This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms."

When append Database but system show error message as below

Solution:

1) Close QnE Optimum

2) Open "Regedit"

3) Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Lsa > fipsalgorithmpolicy

4) Right Click on "(Default)" > Click "Modify" > Change Value Data = 0.

5) Close Regedit

6) Open QnE Optimum and Append Database again
