There is error message about license registration when login.

Registration Error. Please check your network connection and try again. If this doesn't help, contact your support for assistance.

1. Fully close all QNE Optimum
2. Disconnect internet connection (make sure cannot go online)
3. Open QNE Optimum > Login > type in Product key 

4. Click Activate button > Application will prompt manual activation windows

5. After manual activation windows prompted then connect back internet connection

6. Proceed manual activation as link below

7. Login the system after successful registration
