Can I Publish EA form to the ESS Portal in Cloud Payroll?

Yes! You can now Publish EA form to the ESS Portal in Cloud Payroll and let employee download their EA Form when they log in to their Cloud Payroll Portal.

If your employees are using ESS portal, kindly Publish the EA Form and they may download the EA form directly from their login.

Publish EA Form

1. Go to Gov Report > Income Tax EA

2. Click on Publish

3. Select Year and Printing Date > Click OK

Employee Preview EA form

1. Employee login to own portal as usual

2. At Dashboard, scroll down to EA Form> Expand EA Form

3. Click on Preview to view employee's own EA form

4. Print or Export the EA Form into other file type

Generate EA form if No ESS portal

At Income tax Form EA, Select Year and Printing Date > Click on Preview to generate the EA form

Print / export to other file type
