Imagine you are the accountant for multiple companies, and you need to upload invoices, receipts, or other financial documents in PDF format to the correct company in your N3 AI Accounting system. With the Quick Scan AI integrated into WhatsApp, it’s easy to capture and send these documents. However, without switching between companies, there's a risk of uploading a document to the wrong company profile, which could cause errors in your accounting data.

This guide will show you how to quickly switch between companies in WhatsApp, ensuring that every document is uploaded to the right place, and your accounting records stay accurate and organized.

Solution:

Step 1 - Press Learn from How to Use QuickScan Bill Automation via WhatsApp.

Step 2 - In Quick Scan Setting press QNE Optimum Sdn Bhd whatsapp contact.

Step 3 - Say 'Hi' to QNE Optimum Sdn Bhd.

Step 4 - Press Companies List, system will prompt you the Company list which link with your phone number.

Step 5 - insert /Switch, system will inform user, currently using which company.

Step 6 - if let say i wants to switch to ABC SDN BHD, insert /Switch 1841

Step 7 - Now upload PDF to ABC SDN BHD.

Step 8 - now we can check from AI Quick Scan in N3 AI Accounting
