Solution
1. Go to https://support.qne.com.my/support/tickets/new
2. Complete the fields below and submit the form.
You can send it to someone else with an update in the CC field.
3. You will receive two emails, one from QNE Software as an acknowledgement and
the other from you to activate your account and password.
4. Click on Activate account and the link
5. Update your password and click “ACTIVATE AND LOGIN”
6. System display “Your account has been activated”
7. You can logon and check ticket status now
