Overview

The DMS Integration (Samsung) feature in Optimum is specifically designed for distributors who sell Samsung products. In compliance with Samsung's principal reporting requirements, all authorized resellers must regularly submit detailed sales reports, including product models and IMEI numbers. This feature helps automate the process by allowing users to filter sales data by date and product criteria, and export the necessary information in a Samsung-approved .txt format for reporting.

Scenario

Imagine you are a Samsung product distributor. Each month, you are required to submit a report to Samsung’s central server that includes sales records for all Samsung products you’ve sold—such as model numbers, purchase dates, and IMEI information.

Instead of compiling this data manually, you can use the DMS Integration feature in Optimum to:

Filter the sales transactions by date and product type.
Automatically generate a .txt file that meets Samsung’s required format.
Submit this file directly to Samsung’s designated reporting system.

This streamlines compliance and saves time, ensuring your reporting remains accurate and consistent.

Solution:

Txt format requirement.

1st - in Company Profile > Fill in Client Code fixed value in Company name 2 field

Value : SME

2nd Create Group Code/Class Code/ Category Code for easy filter Samsung product in DMS

3rd Create Sales invoice to sell the product with different Serial.

4th Press Tools > Press Data Integrations > Press DMS Data Export (SAMSUNG)

5th Filter Date from and Date to, Filter by Group Code, Subsidiary Code and Reseller code are require user to fill in, then Press Inquiry, if Sales Invoice sell same product in 5qty, will export it separate row.

Note: System will remember below filter configuration, not required to filter again and fill in again the details second time.
