Unable link to UOB, it show don’t have a QNE account

Scenario: 

 

After Partner Services screen, selected company and click for Link account, but the screen show ‘It seems like you don’t have a QNE account’


Solution:

Ensure business registration number is correctly entered. Eg. 1234567A.

(The registration number are alphanumeric without symbol, special character or space)
