[Add On Module] How to use Encryption Module to encrypt password to your payslips?

Automatically encrypting emailed Payslips with QNE Cloud Payroll Encryption Module, ensuring secure financial information for all your employees.

To use this function in QNE Cloud Payroll, make sure that you have subscribed Batch Email and Encryption Module!

First, go to Company > Company Profile > Settings, and click on Setup of the Batch Email File Encryption Settings. Enable the module for Payslips, Bonus Slip, EA Forms or all the above. Click on OK to save the setting.

Next, process payroll as usual. Go to Payslip reports and click on Batch Email. 

Remember to include the password instructions for your employees!

Referring to the password instruction, the employee is required to input the password to view the payslip.
