When supplying to the government, you are required to issue an e-invoice and use the government’s special TIN (EI00000000040). You may obtain the Business Registration Number from the respective government department. If unavailable, enter “NA” (as guided in FAQ Q26).
Submit the e-invoice through MyInvois as usual.
Note: The government will not issue an e-invoice back to you; they will settle payment according to their internal process.
