Branches Setup in Cloud Payroll

These Branches will used in Employee Maintenance.

 

Go to SETUP > Company > Branches

Branch Listing screen will be prompted .

 

 

 

 

  1. Create a New Branches

Click Add button to add new Branch

Key in Branch’s Code and Branch’s Name.

Calendar: Define which calendar use by this branch. (Please refer Calendar Setup for how to setup Calendar)

INACTIVE: Tick this checkbox if this Branch is inactive

After click OK button, system will show message “Operation successfully completed!” And Branch is created and show in Branch listing screen

 

 

 

  1. Edit Branches

Click on Branch Code that wants to edit on Branch listing screen.

Edit Branch details and then click OK button

 

 

 

After click OK, system will save the Branch details and show message “Operation successfully completed!”

 

 

  1. Delete Branches

 

Tick the checkbox on the Branch that want to delete

Delete button will appear on screen

 

 

Click Delete button and system will prompt out Remove Confirmation message and click OK button if confirm want to delete or click Cancel button if want to cancel operation

After click OK to confirm delete the Branch then system will show message “Operation successfully completed!” and Branch had been deleted.
