How to Manage Submitted Customer Information from the Portal

Overview:

Once the customer updates their tax information via the portal, this will send a notification to the end-user through the system. This article will demonstrate how to mange submitted customer information from the portal to update the existing information.


Scenario:

Customers will receive link to update their Tax Information via the Portal and will automatically send a notification to the company for approval.


Solution: 

Customer may access the request information link through scanning QR Code in Preview Formats, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email.


Here’s the email message that customer will receive if user sent the request via Email method:


1. Clicking on the ‘Update Your Tax Information Here’ button will redirect customers to update their tax information via the Portal. Existing customer information recorded in the user’s company database will also be displayed in this portal. Customers are required to update/verify their information. Once done, click ‘Next’.


2. Update the Billing details. Click ‘Next’.


3Update Delivery Addresses if applicable then click ‘Next’. 


4.  A six-digit code will be sent to the email address registered in QCA AI Cloud Accounting. Enter the code. Tick the confirmation.


5. Click Submit. This will send a notification to the Company that the Customer details have been verified.


6. The Company will receive a notification for updated Tax Information from Customers.


7. Click the notification. This will open the ‘Update Tax Info’ Screen. Here you can accept or reject the changes. Just tick which company you want to accept or reject. Click 'Accept'.


8. Clicking on the Customer Code also allow users to View, Accept ,or Reject the updated information sent by the customer individually.

 


9. Before accepting the information update, there will be a prompt to validate the action. 

Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed.


10. All validated changes will be shown under the “ALL” tab with status.


11. Once confirmed, all changes will take effect on the Customer details.
