Overview:
QCA AI Cloud Accounting is now able to gather some of the required e-invoice information from all maintained customers using the Customer Portal. This portal enables the customer to send a request to update their e-invoice information in the system, and it can be accessed using the printed Sales Transaction Preview format.
Procedure:
1. In the Navigation Pane, click Sales > Sales Invoices
2. In Sales Invoice, click ‘Add’
3. Fill-in the necessary fields. Once done, click ‘Preview’ using Sales Invoice (Request Customer Info QR)
4. Scan the QR code on the footer
5. Once done, you will be directed to Customer Details - Update Tax Info portal.
Step 1: Complete the Basic Details
Step 2: Customer Billing Address Information.
Step 3: Customer Delivery Address Information.
Step 4: Email Verification
A six-digit code will be sent to the email address registered in QCA AI Cloud Accounting. Enter the code. Once done, click 'Submit'
Application:
Requests to Update Customer Details will now be submitted for review.
