How to Configure and Connect My Company to MyInvois

Overview:

This article will show how to configure your QNE AI Cloud Accounting company to MyInvois Portal using the keys obtained when adding Intermediaries and ERP. Connecting your company is important to be able to generate and validate e-invoices in your QNE AI Cloud Accounting.


Scenario:

Configuring my Company in QNE AI Cloud Accounting to connect to MyInvois.


Solution:

1. Open your web browser and navigate to QNE Al Cloud Accounting (https://account.qne.cloud/). Enter your login credentials.


2. Go to Navigation > e-Invoice and select the e-Invoice Settings.


3. Select Credentials tab. Click ‘Connect’.


4. If the e-Invoice required fields are incomplete, the ‘Company (Seller) E-Invoice Required Information’ screen will open for the completion of the company details. Update the e-Invoice required fields(*), then click ‘OK’.


Under Basic Tab

  • Company Name (*) - The legal name of your business entity registered with the local authorities.

  • Company TIN (*) - Your company’s tax identification number

  • Company Registration No. (*) - Update to the 12-digit SSM Number format, as MyInvois validates based on this format. (Please ensure that your Business Registration No is updated to the 12-digit SSM Number format as MyInvois System validates Business’s Registration Number based on this format.)

  • MSIC Code (*) - The Malaysian standard industrial classification code, representing your business nature and activity (Malaysia only).

  • Sales Tax / Service Tax Reg No (If applicable) - The primary SST registration number used for MyInvois purpose if your business is SST registered. It is not required if your business is not SST registered.

  • Tourism Tax Reg No (If applicable)


Under General Tab

  • Address - the registered default billing address of your company

  • Address 1 & Address 2 (*)

  • Zip Code (*)

  • City (*)

  • State (*)

  • Country (*)

  • Phone (*)

  • Email (Recommended but not required)


Note: ‘OK’ button will only be enabled if all required fields are completed.


5. After completion of details, the ‘LHDN API Credential’ screen will open to enter the Client ID and Client Secret copied from myInvois portal. Select which environment to use (Sandbox or Production), then click ‘OK’.

Environment options:


Reminder: Please make sure you have added QNE Optimum Sdn Bhd as your Intermediary in the environment you are selecting as well.

6. If the API has been successfully connected, it will show “Connected” status.


Your Company may now generate e-Invoice from QNE AI Cloud Accounting.
