This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate customer information request QR codes or eInvoice request QR codes into your transaction formats, such as sales invoices and sales orders. By following these instructions, you’ll be able to enhance the functionality of your documents, allowing customers to easily update their latest details or initiate eInvoice requests with a simple scan. Whether you're looking to streamline your sales process or improve customer interaction, this guide provides clear and easy-to-follow steps to ensure a seamless QR code integration in your documents.


Solution:
Step 1 - Please learn How to Access Report Designer .


Step 2 - Drag Barcode into the format.


Step 3 -  Change below info:


Symbology - QRCode

Module - 2

Auto-Module - Tick

Show Text - Untick


Step 4 - Press Expression button at Text Column.


Step 5 - after Press Expression button below Expression Editor will prompt


User can insert below 2 different Url, Then Press OK.


1st - this is for Customer request Einvoice.


Iif([EInvoiceStatus]!='Valid', [EInvoiceQueryUrl] , [QRCode])


2nd - Request Customer info


[CustomerInfoUrl]


Step 6 - Scroll to Behavior, Expand Symbology, Change Compaction Mode to 'Byte'


Step 7 - Scroll to Navigation, Press Expression button of Navigation URL


Step 8 - after Press Expression button of Navigation URL, insert the same expression as Step 5 user choose, Then Press OK.



Step 9 - Press Menu, then Press Save.


Step 10 - Please learn How to Default a format .
