How my Customer can Request an e-Invoice via the QNE E-Invoice Issuance Portal

Overview:

QNE E-Invoice Issuance Portal is a self-service issuance of e-invoice if the customers want to generate their e-invoice. This article will show how the customer can request their e-Invoice via the QNE E-Invoice Issuance Portal and send afterward a notification to the end-user through the company's email address.


Scenario:

Send Sales Invoice with QR Code to Customers allowing them to request e-invoices via the QNE e-Invoice Request Portal.


Solution:

1. On your QNE AI Cloud Accounting, go to Navigation > Sales and select the Sales Invoice.


2. Click the ‘Add’  button and this will redirect you to the Sales Invoice screen to create the Sales Invoice.


3. Fill out the Sales Invoice, and take note to select the ‘E-Invoice Portal’ status to allow the customers to access the portal. Once done, click ‘Save’.

4. Click the ‘Preview’ button to select the ‘Sales Invoice with e-Invoice QR Code’ format.


5. The QR Code on the Sales Invoice will be used by the Customer to request e-Invoice via the portal. Click the 'QR Code’  to open the portal.


6. Customer will be redirected to the ‘QNE e-Invoice Request Portal’ with their details.


7. Customer must complete the Buyer Information based on their type before submitting. TIN may be validated by clicking the button ‘Validate’ to ensure the correct input.

Once validated, there will be a prompt for the result.


8. Once done, tick the confirmation to agree with the terms and click the ‘Request e-Invoice’ 

button to proceed. 


9. To confirm the submission, click the ‘Submit’ button.


10. After submitting, the Customer will be redirected to the QNE e-Invoice Request Portal with the validated e-Invoice. Click the ‘Download e-Invoice’ button to have a copy of the Sales Invoice with the e-Invoice QR Code.

Application:

Once the validation process has been successful, the end-user will receive an In-App notification that the transaction was submitted for e-Invoice.


Aside from this, an email notification will also be sent to the registered email address under Company Profile.


Since the customer has validated their e-Invoice, the transaction will be automatically marked as Valid and the ‘Submit E-Invoice’ button will be disabled.
