Failed Submit e-Invoice - Customer Identity : NRIC/ARMY mismatch or not exist in HITS

Scenario: 

When submit e-Invoice got the error Customer Identity : NRIC/ARMY mismatch or not exist in HITS

Solution: 

1. Check TIN Type. For this case the TIN Type is Individual however the age is17 years old only

For the tax payer / Business are not allow to issue e-Invoice for a Customer under age of 18 since person TIN will only be generate once the individual has reached 18.
