Overview:
This article will discuss how to accomplish the Supplier details based on e-Invoice required fields.
Scenario:
Set up control to require fields in Supplier Maintenance for E-Invoice.
Solution::
1. Under Navigation > Accounts Payable, select Suppliers. Click ‘Add’ to add a new supplier.
2. Fill out all the details with asterisk (*) as the initial required fields.
3. If the Supplier is a usual business in the country and can issue an e-Invoice, the ID-Type field is disabled.
4. If the Supplier cannot issue an e-Invoice, enable the Self-Billed option under the ‘e-Invoice Information’ tab.
Once enabled, all the required fields for the supplier will be available.
5. Complete the following fields:
General Details
- ID Type
- Registration No
- Business Nature
e-Invoice Information tab
- Transaction Type
- TIN No.
- MSIC Code
Billing tab
- Address
- Phone
- City
- State
- Country
Note:
- Required fields may vary on the ID Type selected.
- The end-user is required to select the relevant transaction types that allow them to issue self-billed e-invoices.
- Only those transaction types listed in the dropdown options must be allowed to issue a self-billed e-invoice.
6. Once done, click Save. You have successfully enrolled your supplier.
