Problem:
When submit e-Invoice there is an error Unexpected response status: 0
If click on e-Invoice connection, the same message appear.
Solution:
This message means that this computer cannot link to QNE Server. Can try to check if other computer also facing the same issue? or only this computer? Next, please check
1. Search from computer Start menu > Type Registry Editor and press Enter.
2. Refer to the path, by right there should be TLS file as below. As the case study, these 2 files are missing.
3. Kindly import the TLS file as attached.
4. After import, try again your problem then you should able to submit now.
Note:
You may check your problem from the Event Viewer
