Why Can’t I Submit e-Invoice? Submit e-Invoice Button is missing

Overview:

Under normal circumstances, after saving the Sales Invoice, the user should be able to click the "Submit e-Invoice" button.

 


Scenario:

Some of the user cannot view the ‘Submit e-Invoice’ button even though the e-Invoice Module is activated 

 

 

 

Solution:

1. Find out the user roles of the user who cannot see the ‘Submit e-Invoice’ button
Go to Maintenance > Users > Select the particular users > then check what is the user roles for the example here, the user roles is – Sales 

 

2. Check the User roles setting. Go to Maintenance > User Roles > Select the User Roles as checked just now Permission > Transaction > e-Invoice Validation Tab 

 

 

3. Check the setting for ‘Allow’.
If the setting is unticked, means he or she do not allow to submit e-Invoice 

If the setting is ticked, means he or she is allowed to submit e-Invoice
