Overview:
Under normal circumstances, the user should be able to click the "Submit e-Invoice" button.
Scenario:
User can view ‘Submit e-Invoice’ button but it is not clickable
Solution:
First, ensure that you have save the transaction before clicking on ‘Submit e-Invoice’ Button
2. Please check e-Invoice Setting. The sample here is August 2024
3. Double check the transaction Date.
Users can submit e-Invoices starting from the effective date. For transactions dated before this, the "Submit e-Invoice" button is disabled, as submission is not allowed before the effective date.
